Job Role

As a Email Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing innovative email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.

Working closely with the marketing team, you will develop strategies to increase audience interaction and optimize campaign performance using industry-leading tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns promoting products, services, and events
  • Develop engaging email templates utilizing drag-and-drop editors
  • Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and relevant criteria
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and enhance key metrics
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with content teams to create compelling email content
  • Ensure compliance with industry policies and best practices
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in email marketing
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or Social Science
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning, constructive feedback, and professional growth
  • Proficiency in industry-standard email marketing software, including list management, campaign creation, and automation
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills
  • Analytical mindset with data interpretation and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with HTML/CSS is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
