Overview

Virtus is expanding We're looking for a CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to help us manage our customer databases and create impactful email campaigns. This is your chance to shape engagement strategies for a global audience while working with an international team.

Location: Dumaguete – Hybrid | Full-time
Company: Virtus (sister company of 4Evolution)

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate CRM data
  • Segment lists for targeted outreach
  • Draft, schedule, and run outbound and nurturing email campaigns
  • Set up automation workflows to improve efficiency
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize results
Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM/email tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets

Travel & Availability

This position requires availability to travel to Dumaguete twice a year.
