Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $45,000-$60,000 based on industry standards and location factors. Job Description

As a Cooperative Coffee Connoisseur, you will be responsible for:

  • Guest Engagement: Warmly greet guests, take coffee orders, and respond to inquiries with a smile.
  • Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks according to our recipes, paying close attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Order Accuracy: Double-check drink orders to ensure they meet our guests' expectations.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area to provide an inviting atmosphere for our guests.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage coffee bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
