Barista Specialist

At Fastrack Multi-Purpose Cooperative, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barista to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in coffee preparation and presentation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a high level of accuracy in their work.

• To prepare and serve high-quality beverages to customers, adhering to health and safety standards.
• To provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
• To work collaboratively with other Baristas to ensure seamless service delivery.

• A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Barista, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in coffee preparation and presentation, including latte art.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
