Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $25,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of drinks, including milk tea, fruit tea, fresh tea, cream and latte, juice, chocolate, slush, and coffee.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Prepare and serve drinks according to company recipes and standards
  
• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service
  
• Promote company products and educate customers about our menu offerings
  
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  
• Process payments and handle customer transactions
  

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 
  
• A minimum of 1 year of work experience in a casual dine-in restaurant or fast food establishment
  
• Fresh graduates with On-the-Job Training background as a Barista may also be considered
  
• Preferably employed with coffee or beverage shops like Starbucks, UCC, CoffeeBean, Bo's Coffee, Krispy Kreme, Tim Hortons, Jamba Juice, Seattle Best, and Cinnabon
  
• Visible tattoos are allowed as long as they can be concealed or covered by an arm sleeve
