Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Marketing Manager to drive our client's marketing initiatives and support business growth.

  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Liaise with third-party marketing agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms.
    • Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
    • Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
    • Segment and manage email lists to ensure targeted communication.
    • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Website Management:
    • Oversee website management and optimization to align with brand and marketing goals.
    • Work with web developers to ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for SEO.
    • Regularly update website content to reflect current marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement an SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with focus on strategy, social media, email marketing, SEO, and project management.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
