Job Title: IT Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT compliance specialist to conduct audits and risk assessments for our clients. As an IT compliance specialist, you will analyze our clients' technical controls to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct SOC 1, SOC 2, and HIPAA audits with hands-on support from experts.
  • Identify and assess IT risks and gaps in our clients' systems.
  • Develop and implement recommendations to improve our clients' security posture.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders about audit findings and recommendations.
  • Lead client meetings and build trusted relationships.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High drive to succeed and grow.
  • Fluent English.
  • 1 year of IT audit experience at a Big 4 or equivalent – perfect for young pros.
  • Bonus:
    • Bachelor's in accounting, business, cyber security, or MIS.
    • Certifications like CISA, CPA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or PCI QSA (active or in progress).
Technical Skills
  • IT Audit Skills: Execute SOC 1/2 and HIPAA evaluations with precision.
  • Risk Identification: Spot and assess IT risks and gaps.
  • Compliance Standards: Expertise in SOC, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA.
  • GRC Software: Use tools to streamline audit processes.
