About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key responsibility in supporting the growth and success of our Solution Partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support client Solution Partners with their client partnership, managing and responding to incoming questions and tickets
  • Document and maintain client's Standard Operating Procedure for their Q2C and other systems/processes
  • Document feedback on escalations and issues that impact partner experience, to improve on these areas as a business
  • Support the systems aspects of the onboarding of new partners

About You

We're looking for someone who is a fast learner, confident in operating at scale, proactive in breaking down and de-risking issues and challenges, fluent in English with excellent communication skills, and productive and collaborative in a high-tech work environment.
