IT Cloud Technical Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled IT professional to take on a challenging role as a technical expert in cloud-based systems and modern workplace platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft technologies, including Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server, and Intune.
Responsibilities will include providing level two technical support for clients across these platforms, administering and troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the service desk and project teams to ensure efficient incident resolution and project delivery.
Key Qualifications- Mandatory:
- At least three years' experience as a level two systems engineer or similar role within an MSP environment.
- Strong experience with PowerShell scripting, endpoint management, and conditional access policies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting authentication, endpoint, and collaboration issues in Microsoft ecosystems.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting cloud services, modern desktop environments, and hybrid infrastructure.
