The Pre-Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales and Marketing teams in acquiring and retaining customers. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, conducting focus groups, and developing pitches for Sales Consultants. As a technology expert, you will provide sales support throughout the sales process and assist internal teams as needed.

Technical Duties:

  • Lead a solution portfolio for the Business Management Solution, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals.
  • Engage with customers to assess their requirements and fit with products, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Deliver compelling solution presentations and conduct demonstrations, showcasing the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Manage Proof of Concept/Value and create Terms of Reference, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate on RFPs and influence customer decisions, leveraging your technical expertise to drive business growth.
  • P present solutions with the Sales team and support upsell activities, ensuring seamless integration with existing customer relationships.
  • Provide technical training and create necessary documentation, enabling internal teams to effectively utilize our solutions.
  • Develop industry-specific solution presentations, staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies.

Research & Analysis:

  • Monitor technology updates for new business opportunities, identifying potential areas for growth and development.
  • Create sales proposals outlining business benefits, highlighting the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on materials and competitor analysis, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape.
  • Transition customer requirements to implementation teams, ensuring seamless handovers and successful project outcomes.

Collaboration:

  • Gather implementation scopes for sales proposals, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and effective delivery.
  • Allocate internal/external resources to meet customer needs, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Assist Service Desk with support structures and requirements, providing timely and effective assistance to customers.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in any 4-year course, preferably in IT or business-related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in ERP, POS, SCM/WMS, CRM, or E-Commerce implementation.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in selling business management products or services, including ERP, POS, SCM/WMS, CRM, E-Commerce, Financial Planning, and Data Analytics/Business Intelligence.
  • Experience with small business and large enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite implementation and configuration.
  • Experience in systems analysis and design.
  • Ability to translate requirements into technical specifications and conduct design reviews with users and technical personnel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, computer literacy, good communication abilities, and excellent customer service.

Location: Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH)
