Job Description:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of a local branch office, ensuring seamless operational processes.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency in reservation sales, contract administration, and post-dated checks.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities within the branch office, promoting a productive work environment.
  • Closely collaborate with head office departments and stakeholders to resolve tasks and implement projects efficiently.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and develop employee growth plans.
  • Coordinate corporate events and manage marketing materials for SMDC.
  • Review and optimize business processes to enhance the Operations Manual.
  • Determine staffing needs, recruit, train, and develop employees within the branch office.
  • Manage assets, supplies, and equipment issued to BMU employees.

  • Drive business process improvement initiatives.
