Technical Service Representative Job

We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional front-line technical support, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to resolve customer and system issues in a timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-notch technical assistance via various channels while maintaining target customer satisfaction levels.
  • Utilize effective communication and teamwork skills to resolve complex customer and system problems.
  • Document all customer interactions and support calls, including problem resolution and time to fix.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and collaborate with the Support Team to implement permanent solutions.
  • Participate in an on-call schedule, including weekends and after-hours, to ensure seamless support.
  • Complete assigned training and technical courses required for the role.
  • Assist with dispatch duties as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Active Directory Fundamentals On-Prem and Azure O365.
  • Working knowledge of Group Policy, RDS/RDP, and Citrix fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating systems, as well as Cloud hosting principles.
  • Understanding of local printer configurations in Remote VMs and Local on-prem machines.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in technical support.
  • Experience supporting MS Office products, with QuickBooks experience being a plus.
  • Recent working experience with Active Directory.
  • MS certifications are a bonus but not required.
