Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Admin Coordinator to join our team at C & E Publishing, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer daily tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule appointments, and manage calendars.
  • Support the sales team by preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases.
  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Perform various administrative duties, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
