Job Title: Technical Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our team as a Technical Solutions Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in network and security solutions to provide technical support and guidance to our sales team and customers.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with customers to understand their technical requirements and designing scalable and efficient network and security-based solutions to meet their needs. You will work closely with the sales team to develop customized solutions that align with customer goals and objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include providing technical expertise and support to both internal stakeholders and external customers, staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends, and validating network configurations to ensure they meet customer requirements.

You will also have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives and drive growth through innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with 1 year of related experience in a similar environment required
  • Strong English communication (oral and written) and presentation skills with good listening and comprehension skills
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of Palo Alto Networks products including next-generation firewalls, Prisma Cloud, Cortex XDR, and other related security technologies
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of network security principles, threat landscape, and cybersecurity frameworks
