This is a remote position.

About this Role

As a key member of our Officetech Support Team, you'll be the go-to expert in the Team's Officetech application. You'll provide essential support to our customer, including: managing customer requests, solving customer issues, application guidance and customer upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

�       Investigate and troubleshoot customer support tickets related to the Team's Officetech

�       functionality.

�       Manage help desk tickets, ensuring timely responses and adherence to service level

�       agreements (SLAs).

�       Provide detailed information to development, integration, and reporting teams for

�       technical issues or tasks.

�       Respond directly to customers with solutions, including creating knowledge base articles as needed.

�       Assist with quality assurance and testing activities.

�       Support implementation and consulting teams as required.

�       Manage and execute customer upgrades.

Requirements

Skills and Experience

�       At least 3 years relevant experience

�       Proficient in Microsoft SQL querying and scripting

�       Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service in a technical environment

�       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

�       Basic understanding of networking concepts like file shares

�       Strong understanding of Windows operating systems

�       Knowledge of Robocopy for effective file and data migrations
