Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, coding, testing, and documenting complex programs and scripts from agreed specifications and subsequent iterations, using agreed standards and tools.

The successful candidate will collaborate with others on reviews of specifications and should be well-versed in the out-of-the-box features and custom capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform including PowerApps, Power Automate, and PowerBI.

This role requires a strong technical skillset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex enhancements or solutions
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert identifying and selecting best approach to achieve business goals
  • Handle and prioritize multiple complex development and support tasks
  • Collaborate with teams to monitor development tasks and escalate issues

In addition, this role requires participation in Disaster Recovery exercises, ensuring adherence to Disaster Recovery Policy, and maintaining Disaster Recovery Technical Recovery Plans (TRPs).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and working flexibly to meet the needs of the business.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Power BI
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Expertise knowledge in SDLC and Service Management tools (ex. ServiceNow)
  • Experience in Application development, design, and integration

The successful candidate will also possess analytical and problem-solving skills, able to discover problems and issues before they occur, and think logically to resolve complex issues.
