Workday Payroll Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Payroll Consultant to join our team. As a Workday Certified consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of our clients' payroll solutions.

Your expertise in Workday Payroll (including Absence or Time Tracking) will enable you to architect, configure, and test solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients. Key responsibilities include providing expertise in Workday Payroll, leading deployment teams, and mentoring new consultants.

You will also work with client teams to convert legacy data into Workday and assist with integration testing between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will contribute to a culture of continuous education amongst your colleagues, mentees, and managers, serving as a professional role model and thought leader in the field of Workday Payroll Consulting.

Responsibilities
  • Implementing combination of Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking (PATT) Solutions
  • Maintaining current active Workday Payroll Certification
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
  • Configuring and deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications
  • Effective project management
  • Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to manage against timelines and goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Requirements
  1. 2+ years implementing PATT Solutions
  2. Current active Workday Payroll Certification
  3. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  4. Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
  5. Configuring and deploying multiple applications
  6. Effective project management
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
