We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Ortigas, Pasig City, with a hybrid work arrangement. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and correctness of financial records and reports, while maintaining compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and improve financial systems and reports, including the development of automation initiatives, to increase efficiency in day-to-day accounting operations.
  2. Prepare and submit periodic consolidated financial statements, manage cash flow, and report on taxes and other required documents.
  3. Manage customer, merchant, and vendor transactions for timely delivery of commitments and seamless relationships.
  4. Analyze margins, variances, and costs with business units and project teams.
  5. Develop and manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
  6. Implement and review internal controls and processes.
  7. Oversee the external audit process.
  8. Train and supervise junior accounting staff.
Requirements:
  1. More than 5 years of experience in financial analysis and compliance reporting.
  2. Experience with financial and/or accounting software.
  3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  4. Attention to detail.
