">We are seeking a highly skilled Email and Digital Campaign Manager to oversee our email and text communications strategy. This individual will focus heavily on email deliverability, content creation, and performance optimization ensuring our campaigns reach the right audience, deliver the right message, and drive measurable results.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Email Infrastructure and Deliverability Management
- Manage and monitor email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement.
- Implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee sender reputation and resolve deliverability issues.
- Content Creation and Campaign Management
- Create and refine email templates and content that effectively convey empathy, urgency, and demands.
- Develop compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs that drive engagement.
- Run A/B testing across content and design to optimize performance.
- Manage and schedule SMS/text campaigns to maximize impact.
- Campaign Analytics and Optimization
- Launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns that meet specific goals.
- Track click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Own UTM parameter setup and reporting to provide actionable insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
