Job Role

The jobholder will drive the company's privacy, safety and security outcomes and maintain a balanced risk position. They are responsible for keeping users safe at scale.

This involves cross-functional collaboration with various teams to develop effective strategies for communication, marketing and connecting with diverse audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of communications processes, be a skilled program manager, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute tactical communications plans that support the team's strategic goals.
  • Manage a variety of communication channels, including website, email, and print.
  • Write and edit content for different audiences.
  • Source, create and manage visual assets, such as infographics, videos, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure communications align with overall goals.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of communications efforts.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Experience in change management.
  • Knowledge of social media and other digital channels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
