Job Title: Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support strategic decision-making through the development of complex financial models and effective cash management strategies. This role plays a key part in forecasting, business planning, investment evaluation, liquidity monitoring, and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dynamic financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and valuation purposes.
  • Analyze key financial metrics and trends, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly) and track actual performance against projections.
  • Assist in managing liquidity and working capital, identifying risks and opportunities in cash planning.
  • Partner with accounting to reconcile cash balances and monitor short-term funding requirements.
  • Contribute to month-end close processes and variance analysis.
  • Support cross-functional teams with ad hoc analysis and financial planning tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CFA, CPA, or MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, financial modeling, or cash management.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in financial modeling best practices.
  • Understanding of cash management principles, working capital optimization, and liquidity analysis.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, forecasting techniques, and liquidity management.
  • Familiarity with Quickbooks or financial modeling software is a plus.
