We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Luxury Automobile Evaluator. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in assessing customer experiences and providing critical feedback to help shape the future of luxury experiences.

Job Description
  • Luxury Automobile Evaluator

You will be responsible for evaluating luxury automobile services by discreetly observing and noting various aspects of the shopping experience. This may involve visiting boutiques, checking ambiance, experiencing luxury automotive showrooms, purchasing online, evaluating after-sales services, or overall customer experience.

Your insights will enable us to refine our services and improve customer satisfaction. You will have the flexibility to choose assignments that align with your personal preferences and profile.

As a Luxury Automobile Evaluator, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects per month and collaborate with some of the most prestigious brands worldwide.

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Good understanding of the automobile industry
  • Passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments
  • Enjoy interacting with people
  • Has a keen eye for discreetly observing and noting various aspects of your shopping experience
  • Willingness to adapt to varying assignment types and industries
  • Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases and be prompt in filling out online surveys
