Are you an automobile aficionado who appreciates the finer details of high-end vehicles? If yes, we are looking for you to join a team of luxury evaluators.

  • You will step into the world of luxury to discreetly assess customer experiences and provide critical feedback that helps refine services.
  • Your insights will shape the future of luxury experiences.

Flexibility is key in this role. Each visit takes approximately 20 minutes, giving you the flexibility to complete multiple assignments.

  • Frequent opportunities allow you to perform several missions per month and collaborate with prestigious brands worldwide.

What you will be doing:

  • Choose your assignments based on your personal preferences and profile.
  • Visit luxury stores or evaluate online from the comfort of your home.
  • Observe carefully, taking note of ambience, overall customer experience, and after-sales services.
  • Provide honest feedback through questionnaires.

Requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You should have a good understanding of the automobile industry.
  • You should be passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments.
  • You should enjoy interacting with people.
  • You should have a keen eye for discreetly observing and noting various aspects of your shopping experience.
  • You should be willing to adapt to varying assignment types and industries.
  • You should be able to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases and be prompt in filling out online surveys.
