This is a unique opportunity to step into the world of luxury and shape the future of customer experiences. As a Luxury Brand Evaluator, you will have the flexibility to choose your assignments and engage with sales associates in-store or online.
- Flexibility - each assignment takes approximately 20 minutes, giving you the flexibility to complete multiple tasks.
- Frequent opportunities - perform several missions per month and collaborate with prestigious brands worldwide.
- Assess customer experiences in luxury stores or online.
- Provide honest feedback through questionnaires.
- Evaluate after-sales services, customer experience, and overall retail environments.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Good understanding of the automobile industry.
- Passionate about automobiles and improving customer service.
- Enjoy interacting with people.
- Has a keen eye for observing and noting various aspects of the shopping experience.
- Willingness to adapt to varying assignment types and industries.
- Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases.
- This is a freelance, project-based position.
- Flexible working hours.
