The Brand Strategy Executive is responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy of a company, ensuring alignment between branding decisions and sales. To achieve this alignment, brand managers work closely with multiple areas of marketing, including research, content, social, and design.
This role requires strong understanding of consumer behavior, branding principles, and market research. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful brand campaigns and product launches.
Responsibilities- Developing and implementing marketing plans, policies, and strategies according to organizational goals and market demands
- Conducting market research and analyzing data for trends, insights, and information
- Advising teams on branding strategy and communicating with marketing teams to ensure brand alignment
- Managing projects through various stages of development and managing budgets to support branding efforts
- Maintaining relationships with stakeholders and gathering and analyzing data involved in marketing campaigns and activities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Nielsen, IRI, or similar data platforms
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
