About Our Team

We're expanding our team of BI analysts and looking for new talent to join us on our mission to improve health on a global scale. As part of our Business Transformation department, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making by creating, maintaining, and delivering actionable insights on KPIs, forecasting, trends, and statistical reporting.

The Job

You will have responsibilities to:

  • Effective Business Partnering: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions that meet their needs.
  • Build and maintain reporting: Lead the development and maintenance of a robust FP&A and other business partners reporting to enhance business management and decision-making.
  • Data management: Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Uncover opportunities: Interpret financial data, apply statistical techniques to analyze results, and generate insights, creating timely reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Ensure Quality: Continuously monitor data quality, accuracy, and completeness to ensure reliable and trustworthy analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrate agility: Provide ad hoc analysis on business needs, acting as a strategic partner to ensure data analysis meets evolving business expectations.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • You bring proven experience in a BI or analytics role, preferably supporting FP&A functions.
  • Your proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar is essential.
  • You possess strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts.
  • Your excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
  • You have strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
