Job Title: Sales Assistant for Inbound/Outbound Outreach

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Virtual Assistant to manage a variety of tasks including customer support, lead outreach, general administration, and basic bookkeeping.

This role requires experience and knowledge of Google Suite, Stripe and Bank for Client Payment processing, WhatsApp, and Zoom.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, engaging with potential leads, and performing essential administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support:
    • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
    • Providing technical assistance and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
    • Processing orders and handling billing and technical support.
  • General Administration:
    • Managing databases and maintaining accurate records.
    • Organizing documents and managing email communications.
    • Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Performing data entry and managing spreadsheets.
    • Assisting with marketing initiatives and social media management.
    • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
    Requirements:
    • Experience and Qualifications:
      • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
      • Strong knowledge of Google Suite, Stripe and Bank for Client Payment processing, WhatsApp, and Zoom.
      • Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • Skills and Abilities:
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
