Dynamically Manage Financial Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Treasury Analyst to join our team. This role will provide an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to develop a strong foundation in treasury management.
Job Description:
The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for monitoring daily cash positions, reconciling daily variances between treasury transactions and statements, and managing exceptions in the Treasury Management System. The successful candidate will also be required to ensure data integrity in the system and assist users with payment troubleshooting. Additionally, they will support the maintenance and administration of bank accounts across multiple banking platforms and user setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Position Monitoring: Monitor daily cash positions and reconcile daily variances between treasury transactions and statements.
- Exception Management: Monitor and manage exceptions in the Treasury Management System and contact related banks and the system vendor to resolve issues.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity in the Treasury Management System and assist users with payment troubleshooting.
- Bank Account Administration: Support on the maintenance and administration of bank accounts across multiple banking platforms and user setup.
- Cash Position Reporting: Assist in the management of global cash position reporting and analysis.
- Treasury Payments: Execute treasury payments as required in a timely and accurate manner.
- FX Trade Confirmations: Assist with foreign exchange trade confirmations.
- Credit Card Administration: Administration of the group's credit card programs and users.
- Treasury Requests: Resolve treasury requests and queries through Service Now.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, Legal, Company Secretary, and Internal Auditors, to provide necessary financial information and support.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English (C1), additional languages are an advantage but not required.
- Education: Recognized bachelor's degree, and/or Treasury Qualification.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years' experience in treasury or finance, preferably for a large multinational organization.
- Treasury Experience: Experience in multicurrency bank accounts management.
- System Experience: Experience in Treasury Management Systems (FIS – Integrity) preferred but not required.
- IT Skills: Strong IT, Excel skills.
- Banking Experience: Experience with banking platforms Citibank and/or HSBC, preferred but not essential.
- Accounting Experience: Experience with Accounting Systems (NetSuite preferred but not essential).
- Teamwork: Experience working independently and as part of cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
