Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring timely and accurate consolidation of accounts.
Your duties will include processing payments, receipts, and intercompany transactions, reconciling bank accounts and investment accounts, and liaising with fund managers, bankers, and system administrators to resolve discrepancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a family office, private wealth, or investment environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good spoken and written English and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a small team.
