Job Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient professional to provide exceptional support to clients and internal teams.

  • Provide administrative assistance with post-sales activities
  • Ensure timely communication with clients through follow-ups
  • Explain proposed designs and answer frequently asked questions over the phone
  • Guide clients through signing documents
  • Assist with ad-hoc operations as needed
  • Coordinate logistics for scheduling inspections
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks in processes to ensure smooth workflows
  • Keep customers engaged and up-to-date through regular check-ins
  • Follow up on deals and get them back on track
  • Help generate referrals for clients
  • Evaluate and escalate issues to customer service as necessary
  • Manage contractors' deals and compensation
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless cooperation

The ideal candidate will possess sales experience, strong communication skills, self-motivation, efficiency, proactivity, high organization, and honesty. Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Calendly, and Octa is also beneficial.
