Web Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer/Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for building, updating, and maintaining high-performance websites, ensuring seamless user experiences across various platforms.

You will work in a collaborative environment that encourages growth and learning. Your expertise in front-end development and website optimization will ensure our web properties meet modern standards for performance, security, and scalability.

You will have some client management communications experience for briefing of projects and managing project updates.

A typical day may look like this…
  • Implement custom web designs and develop websites on various platforms.
  • Implement recommendations to improve site speed, reduce technical debt, and enhance overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with creatives, paid media, SEO, account management, content, and product teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all web assets.
  • Provide proactive and professional reports and updates on web projects and programs.
  • Implement and test analytics tools.
  • Set up notification systems for leads, form submissions, etc.
Requirements
  • A client management, web development, communications background, at least 4-5 years of experience.
  • Passion and experience in web development and digital marketing.
  • Solid understanding of social and digital media advertising.
  • Experience running multi-functional projects for clients.
  • Client-facing experience is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Asana is a bonus.
  • A flexible approach to work with an agile mindset.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of taking a project from conception to implementation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Ready to learn and be challenged.
  • Passionate about driving results.
