Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and monitoring of databases in a complex environment.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent position with a full-time schedule.
  • The role involves providing database administrator services, including installation, patching, backup and recovery, upgrade, capacity planning, monitoring and performance/SQL tuning, database user and security management.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience administrating SQL Server versions 2014, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2022.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong database and SQL performance tuning skills.
  • Adept in backup and recovery and in capacity planning.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux.
  • Experience in cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of automation tools such as ActiveBatch.
  • Experienced in administering other database technologies like Oracle.
  • AWS experience managing databases in EC2, RDS SQL Server, PostgreSQL Aurora, RDS MySQL.
