Role Summary:

This role is responsible for ensuring timely order fulfillment and shipment delivery to customers. It involves managing the entire order cycle, from order management to invoicing and logistics.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail.

We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service, identify and respond to customer inquiries or concerns, and ensure prompt resolution to customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for generating purchase orders for local supplies, updating customers on the status of their orders and dates of delivery, and ensuring timely reporting of orders, sales, and backlog performance.

Additionally, the candidate will coordinate with customs brokers for customs clearance and delivery of goods, check estimate computation of duties and taxes, and manage order fulfillment and timely shipment delivery to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Purchase Orders: Generate purchase orders for local supplies
  • Reporting: Ensure timely reporting of orders, sales, and backlog performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or logistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
