Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Coordination
  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Research event opportunities across regions to identify speaking, sponsorship, and networking prospects.
  • Coordinate event logistics, branding, speaker prep, promotions, and post-event content.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery across all event touchpoints.
Content Creation & Coordination
  • Create engaging social media content focused on products, thought leadership, and company milestones.
  • Collaborate with experts to facilitate thought leadership content.
  • Work closely with designers to bring content to life visually.
  • Prepare or assist in creating video scripts, storyboards, and screen recordings to support editing.
  • Draft and publish event-related materials, including invites, promo posts, and recaps.
Marketing Support
  • Help prepare and update marketing materials like one-pagers, pitch decks, and visuals.
  • Support PR efforts, including drafting quotes, story angles, and background notes.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all content and marketing assets.
Campaign Insights
  • Assist in analyzing campaign performance, focusing on LinkedIn and other digital channels.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor research to track trends, messaging, and positioning.
  • Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and data.
