Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure successful digital marketing campaigns.

    3. Align campaign execution with client needs.
  • Account Growth and Upselling:
    1. Identify opportunities for service expansion.
    2. Support contract renewals and propose enhancements.
    3. Collaborate with sales for proposals.
  • Performance Reporting:
    1. Prepare performance reports with insights.
    2. Review KPIs with clients and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Industry Awareness and Strategy:
    1. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools.
    2. Bring innovative ideas to client strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Account Manager or similar role.
  • Understanding of channels like SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing.
  • Experience with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • CRM or project management software familiarity is a plus.
