We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid search campaigns, conduct keyword research, and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing website management, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Implement local SEO and referral links to build the authority of divisional webpages.
  • Oversee website management, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
  • Administer and maintain WordPress websites, including theme and plugin updates, content management, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and SEO-friendly content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fire and life safety industry.
  • Expert in WordPress site management, including content updates, webpage creation, plugins, and site maintenance.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and WordPress.
  • Strong knowledge of both onsite and offsite SEO best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
