Cybersecurity Compliance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity & Compliance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience working with cybersecurity compliance frameworks, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple cybersecurity compliance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards.
  • Lead and develop a team of managers and analysts across multiple accounts, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity-focused compliance policies and procedures.
  • Analyze and interpret cybersecurity regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, HiTRUST, NIST 800-171/CMMC.
  • Collaborate with external teams to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks.

Must-have Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in cybersecurity compliance, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, HiTRUST, NIST 800-171/CMMC frameworks.
  • 5+ years leading and developing mid-sized teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
