Remote Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities include:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track orders, and maintain accurate records.

- Stay up-to-date with product offerings, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed responses to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications include:

- A minimum of two years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Shopify, and other tools relevant to the position.
