Marketing Coordinator Job Description

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of our marketing campaigns.

Your key responsibilities include assisting in campaign planning, running digital marketing initiatives, and content creation. You will work closely with our team to develop effective strategies, create engaging content, and track campaign metrics.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on campaign management or digital marketing.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.

You should have strong writing skills, an eye for design, and basic analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.

In addition, good time-management skills and the ability to support multiple projects are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Campaign Planning: Support market research and competitor analysis to shape effective strategies.

  • Performance Monitoring: Help track campaign metrics and prepare basic performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in marketing, with a focus on campaign management or digital marketing preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Creativity and Communication: Strong writing skills and an eye for design.
  • Analytical Skills: Basic ability to interpret data and assist in optimizing campaign performance.
  • Project Management: Good time-management skills, with the ability to support multiple projects.
