Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the position of Revenue Operations Lead. As a high-impact role, you will be instrumental in shaping our sales, marketing, and customer success engine. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing integrations and workflows for seamless, end-to-end funnel tracking across Sales and Marketing.
  2. IDentifying and implementing AI-driven tools to improve forecasting, prospecting, and campaign execution.
  3. Maintaining real-time dashboards to track pipeline and revenue performance.
  4. Designing scalable reporting infrastructure to support sales strategy, marketing attribution, and customer usage analytics.
  5. Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align systems and strategies.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS GTM environment (startup or high-growth preferred).
  • Demonstrated team coaching and mentorship skills, ideally in a senior analyst or lead role.
