Seafarer Travel and Accommodation Manager

Oceanic Catering is seeking a highly skilled Seafarer Travel and Accommodation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing travel arrangements for seafarers, including flights, hotel accommodations, and immigration requirements.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact with people at all levels. They will also possess strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage travel arrangements for seafarers, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  2. Communicate with vessel Masters, fleet cells, mobilisation cells, port agents, travel providers, and customers to ensure seamless travel operations.
  3. Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements in ShipSure and ticketing platform.
  4. Utilise required technology to manage travel arrangements, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in a crewing company or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
