Senior Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced EDO Manager to lead a team of specialists in supporting high-touch enterprise sales teams and external marketplace vendors.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams to support the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Global Business Owner: Define and execute the App Commercial Desk strategy and vision
- People Management: Oversee day-to-day team activity and performance as a hands-on people manager
- Performance Metrics: Ensure your team achieves and exceeds internal KPIs
- Customer Support: Serve as the point of contact for Enterprise Advocates, Loyalty Advocates, and Marketplace Partners during the sales cycle
- Process Improvement: Define and report on metrics to analyze internal efficiency, including SLAs and support volumes
