Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Financial Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time remote role that supports financial operations and reporting for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in monthly financial close and related activities for clients
  • Conduct account analysis and reconciliation
  • Process invoices for client's customers and manage client accounts receivables
  • Manage client's accounts payable, including approval workflows
  • Address client and third-party inquiries
  • Ensure all assignments meet our quality standards
  • Provide exceptional client service
Required Skills and Experience
  • Invoicing and accounts receivable management
  • Accounts payable entries and issue resolution
  • Account reconciliation, including accruals and prepaid expense analysis
  • Proficiency with web-based accounting software applications
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Strong analytical skills
