To achieve this goal, we have created a specialized unit known as the Claims Record Unit (Internet Research). This team plays a crucial role in streamlining processes and ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely information.

The primary responsibility of a Customer Contact Ctr – Fulfillment Analyst I within this unit involves ensuring the fulfillment of all police records orders from various customer platforms. To accomplish this, researchers must gather and validate data from multiple sources, adhering to strict business rules.

Some key tasks associated with this position include:

  • Compiling and reviewing records
  • Maintaining attention to detail and urgency when obtaining records
  • Public acquisition of records from one or more sources
  • Processing and procuring police reports online as part of order fulfillment
  • Verifying order information using internet tools such as maps and other lookup tools

Additional responsibilities may include performing outbound calls to Police Agencies to update order status, data validation, and gathering.
