About the Role

The Senior Brand Manager will report directly to the General Manager of Sales and Marketing Division and will be responsible for leading the brand's overall strategy and direction in the Philippines.

This individual will be tasked with developing and implementing initiatives to drive brand growth, enhance customer engagement, and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Manage and oversee stock levels, inventory management, and forecasting.
  • Leverage marketing channels to create engaging campaigns and increase brand awareness.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH RETAIL PARTNERS AND MEDIA OUTLETS.
  • Develop and implement e-commerce and CRM strategies to drive online sales and customer loyalty.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective retail execution and support.
Qualifications
  1. At least 9 years of relevant experience in brand management, preferably in the cosmetic or fashion industry.
  2. Strong background in PR, product launch, event management, budget control, sales operation, and administration.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of P&L management.
  5. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet targets.
  6. Knowledge of e-commerce and CRM management is an asset.
  7. Leadership experience is highly desirable.
