Ecomm Brand Manager

IFACE INC Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines

The Brand Manager's primary role is to strategize and execute an effective and efficient plan for the brand that will enable it to reach its business objectives. This includes but is not limited to:

Marketing:
  • Driving and overseeing the execution of short-term and long-term marketing plans that would lead to sustainable and elevated brand equity.
  • Implementing effective merchandise and inventory management programs through insightful, market-driven ordering and assortment planning.
Brand Profitability:
  • Analyzing and integrating various financial reports to develop measures that lead to innovations, increased efficiency, and optimal brand profitability. Craft and manage the brand's overall budget.
Brand Metrics:
  • Responsibilities for the achievement of assigned brands' sales target and sales growth.
Teamwork:
  • Initiating and managing collaboration with different internal departments to ensure timely launches of NPDs and other brand initiatives.
Business Relationship:
  • Building and managing a strong and productive relationship with brand principals and retailers.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the Retail industry, or other related industries.
  • Has worked directly with customers and sales teams.
  • Strong people and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, logical, and strong understanding of numbers.
  • Budget management skills and proficiency.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Passionate, with high level of commitment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-based category.
