  • US Offshore recruitment experience and supported hiring 'Legal Talents', highlighting your expertise in international recruitment.
  • Proven ability to source and attract talent using diverse platforms and tools, staying ahead of the curve in recruitment innovation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building candidate and client relationships, fostering trust and cooperation.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, ensuring efficient management of recruitment activities.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, handling multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment targets, driving business results and success.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with stakeholders and communicate recruitment outcomes.
