About the Role:

- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit, providing valuable insights to support informed hiring decisions.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process between hiring managers and candidates, fostering positive relationships and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS), facilitating efficient reporting and analytics.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of recruitment efforts, demonstrating transparency and accountability.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates, ensuring a seamless transition into their new roles.
Requirements/Skills Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in recruitment principles and practices.
- 5+ years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Staffing, showcasing your ability to source and attract top talent.
- US Offshore recruitment experience and supported hiring 'Legal Talents', highlighting your expertise in international recruitment.
- Proven ability to source and attract talent using diverse platforms and tools, staying ahead of the curve in recruitment innovation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building candidate and client relationships, fostering trust and cooperation.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, ensuring efficient management of recruitment activities.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, handling multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment targets, driving business results and success.
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with stakeholders and communicate recruitment outcomes.
