We Are Hiring:

A Junior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team at Frontier Tower Associates Philippines Inc. As a member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in providing strategic legal support and counsel to the organization.

Job Description:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate agreements and contracts
  • Providing guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management
  • Assisting with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
  • Advising on regulatory and legal matters impacting the business
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure legal requirements are met

Requirements:

  • 4- 5 years of experience in corporate law
  • Substantial experience gained within a reputable law firm or in-house legal team
  • Strong understanding of procurement contracts and corporate policies
  • Experience in enforcing claims through legal processes such as demand letters and litigation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and collaborate effectively
