Entry Level Onboarding Professional

This role requires an individual with excellent communication and leadership skills to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, hiring managers, and other relevant parties to guarantee a smooth transition into our organization. The purpose of this position is to craft and send job offer letters, compile and handle documentation, provide assistance and direction to new hires, and manage the overall onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create customized job offer letters outlining key details about the organization, role, pay, work schedule, and benefits
  • Coordinate the preparation of employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and other necessary paperwork
  • Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR-recruitment role
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
