Visual Designer

Our organization is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs and a passion for fashion and footwear.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with our skilled product and marketing teams to create visually engaging designs that resonate with our target audience and align with the brand vision.

  • Create high-quality visual design solutions to support marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple platforms.
  • Design seasonal campaign assets, including email, social media, home page design, product page design, logo development, and more.
  • Retouch, resize, and format product and lifestyle images.
  • Packaging Design, Printed Collateral, Tradeshow/Event Graphics, Image Collateral, and creating product swatches by color for each style.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Maintaining and organizing photo library and design work on company server.
  • Supporting business growth and strategy through additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
  • Minimum of 6 years working experience in design with fashion focus.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles for type, shape, color, and photography with attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with ability to solve problems and adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Adobe After Effects or Video/Animation, Illustration, Copy writing ability.
  • Experience in the footwear or apparel industry.
  • Experience designing home page content, email featuring products, and promotional marketing.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English speaking and typing skills.
  • Own computer and internet access.
  • Remote work arrangement with EST time zone compatibility.
